Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At ACLooks, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Eligibility
Returns will be accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Returned products must:
- Be unused
- Be unwashed
- Have original tags attached
- Be in original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Return Request
Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting our customer support.
Please include:
- Order Number
- Product Images
- Reason for Return
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Approved refunds are generally credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer or another approved method after verification.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective:
- Used products
- Washed products
- Products without tags
- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
